I am about half way moved in to my new home and I could not be happier. I met Jasilyn at a home buyers seminar and knew that I wanted to work with her. Jasilyn is passionate about helping people find the perfect home that fits all of their needs. Jasilyn worked with me every step of the way, she was very responsive and flexible with her time. During the hunt, if a house wasn't it, she asked me why, and took those thoughts into the consideration on future searches. Jasilyn was amazing during viewings as well, she answered all my questions, pointed out items that could be issues, and positives in homes. Her research comparing properties was great and was always sent very quickly.
When we finally found the perfect home, the fun really started, and Jasilyn became even more invaluable. She really was the glue that held my whole buying team together. She was on top of everything, from the mortgage lender to the inspector. She kept in contact, made sure we all stayed in track, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on and what to expect.
On the day we closed, I walked in for the final walk through and found Jasilyn waiting with my first house warming gift and a huge hug.
I'm going to stay in this home forever, which only makes me sad because I cannot use Jasilyn's services again. I will have to make do with just recommending her to everyone I know or meet.

Jasilyn and her team exceeded my expectations. I came to her a few months before my lease ended and she gave me great advice and put me in contact with a lender that could service my needs for a VA loan. After i worked on a few things, i came back to her with less than a month left on my lease! She promised me she would find me a property I would love and would be able to pre-occupy before closing. She did just that! Within one week I was under contract. I found a beautiful home in the area I wanted, that fits my family needs. She also negotiated 1 month of occupancy before we even closed. So like have you ever just decided on a whim to go look at a house and then boom a month later you’re closing?? When I tell y’all that my realtor is the REAL DEAL!!! Baby does NOT PLAY! At the closing table, they said “Man, your realtor really took care of y’all.” I feel sorry for anyone buying or selling without Jas. PERIODT! Now onto selling this house!

Jasilyn was referred to me by a trusted friend I was hesitant at first initially doubting if NOW was the right time and if I had prepared enough to truly begin my house hunting in earnest. but straight away from our initial interview, Jasilyn's personability was refreshing and assuring.
