Meet Jasilyn Bing — Orlando Realtor & First-Time Homebuyer Specialist
I’m Jasilyn Bing, an Orlando Realtor, real estate broker, and founder of Bing Realty Co., specializing in helping first-time homebuyers navigate the path to homeownership throughout Orlando and Central Florida. As a Central Florida native, I have a deep understanding of the communities I serve and a passion for helping individuals and families build wealth through real estate.
I earned my business degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2014 and come from a family with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. That foundation inspired me to build a career focused not only on buying and selling homes, but also on expanding access to homeownership in Central Florida.
Helping Central Florida First-Time Homebuyers
A major focus of my work is helping first-time homebuyers in Orlando and Central Florida understand their financing options, improve their readiness to purchase, and identify down payment assistance programs and first-time homebuyer programs that may make purchasing a home more attainable.
My team and I have helped facilitate MILLIONS in down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers, helping families overcome one of the biggest barriers to homeownership: the upfront cost of purchasing a home.
I have also helped educate prospective homeowners through first-time homebuyer classes and community homeownership initiatives in partnership with organizations including HELP Community Development Corporation (HELP CDC) and HANDS of Central Florida.
Our work has reached buyers and communities throughout Orange County, Seminole County, Lake County, Osceola County, Polk County, and Volusia County, including Orlando and surrounding Central Florida communities.
More Than Buying and Selling Homes
For me, real estate is about much more than a transaction. I believe homeownership can be a powerful tool for creating stability, building generational wealth, and strengthening communities.
That belief has shaped the mission behind Bing Realty Co. and our commitment to educating buyers about financial literacy, credit readiness, first-time homebuyer opportunities, and available down payment assistance resources.
Our commitment to housing also extends beyond traditional real estate services. We are working to expand access to attainable housing through the development of affordably priced townhomes in Central Florida.

Giving back is an important part of who we are. Our team has supported local and national charitable organizations including Children’s Miracle Network, Every Kid Outreach, Young Blacks in Action, and the Boys & Girls Club, among others.
